Michael Mandell lives in southern Florida and travels extensively in the eastern US, constantly searching for outstanding flowers. His primary inspiration comes not from a photographer but from an American painter, Georgia O'Keeffe.
Michael prefers to shoot with Nikon DSLR's, and his favorite lenses are the 60mm f/2.8 AF Micro-Nikkor and the 200mm f/4D ED-IF AF Micro-Nikkor.
In his fine art shows, Michael exhibits matted and framed photographs-primarily in the sizes of 11" x 14", 18" x 24" , 24" x 36" and 36" x 48".
